Summary

Experience the birthplace of the American Revolution on a captivating six-hour journey through Lexington and Concord. This immersive tour follows the footsteps of Paul Revere on his legendary midnight ride and the route of the British soldiers during their pivotal mission on April 19, 1775. Begin at Lexington Battle Green, where the first shots of the Revolution rang out and the brave Minutemen made their historic stand. Continue to the Hancock-Clarke House, where Samuel Adams and John Hancock stayed the night before the battle, and learn about the tense hours that led to war. From there, travel to Concord’s North Bridge, where “the shot heard round the world” echoed across the landscape, marking the birth of a nation. In Concord, visit Sleepy Hollow Cemetery, the peaceful resting place of great literary minds such as Ralph Waldo Emerson, Henry David Thoreau, Louisa May Alcott, and Nathaniel Hawthorne on the iconic Author’s Ridge. Next, step inside Louisa May Alcott’s Orchard House, where she wrote and set her timeless novel Little Women in 1868 (tickets for the guided tour not included). The tour concludes at serene Walden Pond, where Thoreau drew inspiration for his masterpiece Walden. Along the way, enjoy scenic views of classic New England charm—colonial homes, historic churches, and centuries-old taverns nestled amid rolling countryside. A stop for light refreshments or lunch at a local café is included, making this tour the perfect blend of history, culture, and storytelling in the heart of America’s revolutionary past.

Reviews

This private tour of Lexington and Concord with Nabil was the highlight of our trip to Boston. I’ve never met a more knowledgeable young man with such a deep love for Revolutionary War history. His knowledge is a perfect match for his enthusiastic skills at making every site and every story become so real. Should I ever return to Boston, he would be the first guide I would seek out.

Best Tour In Boston!

We had a very nice 5 hour driving tour of Lexington and Concord. Nabil was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable and engaging. We would definitely recommend the tour.

Great Day Trip Outside Boston!

Our tour with Nabil was easily the best part of our Boston vacation. Not only does Nabil have a very in depth knowledge of the revolutionary war and the battles around Lex/Concord but he is also “well read” on the 4 authors and related sights in Concord that we visited. The passion Nabil has for American history is obvious, delightful, and infectious; he has the art of storytelling down too. I commend this tour to all – you will not regret it and what you learn will make the American Revolution personal. Thanks Nabil!

Best tour ever to learn about American Revolution!
