After a hearty Pennsylvania Dutch lunch, spend the afternoon exploring Lancaster County, where you can enjoy a buggy ride, browse artisan shops, and savor homemade treats before checking into Cork Factory Hotel. Cap off the evening with a rustic yet refined dinner at Cork & Cap.

History buffs there is more! starting with a breakfast at The Honey Bee to get ready for a visit to the Eisenhower National Historic Site, the former president’s peaceful retreat, before exploring two of Gettysburg’s most picturesque and storied landmarks: Sachs Covered Bridge and Devil’s Den. After a delicious lunch at One Lincoln, take the scenic route back to Philadelphia with a stop in York, PA, where you can stroll through the historic downtown and explore the Central Market for local flavors and crafts.  And we do need to grab the opportunity with a final history buff stop at Brandywine Battlefield Park before the sun sets. We will then return to Philadelphia and enjoy a memorable dinner at Vernick Food & Drink, reflecting on three days of discovery and history.
